Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted advisor relationships with customers at C-suite and executive levels to maximize value from Atlassian solutions throughout their lifecycle.
  • •Develop customer Success Plans, including regular check-ins, success business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with the Atlassian Account Team.
  • •Guide complex implementation and adoption across global partners, targeting early and sustained product adoption and long-term growth.
  • •Execute adoption strategies for high-value accounts, driving change management and expanding customer footprint while supporting multi-product solutions.
  • •Mitigate churn through early risk identification, intervention, escalation, and mitigation, and provide internal feedback as the voice of the customer.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, managing strategic customers with a complex SaaS product portfolio.
  • •Experience with an enterprise book of business (roughly 20 accounts), balancing strategic engagements with a portfolio approach.
  • •Ability to establish trusted-advisor relationships with customer partners and guide outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Experience using Success Plans to align goals with business strategy and define success metrics.
  • •Experience with Gainsight (or similar), Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau, plus knowledge of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases.
