Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead negotiation and structuring of development deals, real estate transactions, capital equipment purchases, and related procurement.
  • •Negotiate and manage power-related contracts including interconnection agreements, electricity service agreements, solar deployments, sustainable storage transactions, PPAs, and related regulatory matters.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and engineering services for design-build projects supporting large GPU cluster facilities.
  • •Support financing structures, tax incentives, complex lease arrangements, permitting, easements, land use transactions, and project finance elements.
  • •Partner with engineering, security, procurement, business development, and finance teams and coordinate with outside counsel while maintaining in-house oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of legal experience, ideally across technology/development companies and/or strong law firm experience.
  • •Deep experience in commercial contracting for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
  • •Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize to close transactions on aggressive timelines.
  • •Tech-savvy interest in datacenters, power, and emerging AI technologies; commitment to being in-office 5 days/week.
