Energy & Infrastructure Counsel

Provide commercial legal support for large energy, infrastructure, and data center development transactions. Lead negotiation and structuring of development deals, real estate, power-related contracts (including PPAs and interconnection agreements), and construction/design-build agreements. Support financing, tax incentives, leases, permitting, easements, and land use while partnering with engineering, security, procurement, business development, and finance teams. Work closely with outside counsel and help streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.
