Job Summary

Ensure safety and Trust & Safety policies are enforced accurately at scale through analytical auditing of content moderation. Perform Root Cause Analysis on recurring quality issues, validate benchmark “golden sets,” and lead calibration across moderation teams. Translate findings into actionable guidance and drive policy rollouts and training for BPO staff, while producing weekly/monthly QA reports and leveraging AI to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human content moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and meet audit targets.
•Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis and convert findings into actionable feedback for operational teams.
•Interpret safety guidelines, validate benchmark “golden sets,” and provide expert judgment for complex or high-risk cases.
•Lead calibration sessions for moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on global quality goals.
•Manage edge cases, support policy cascading and training rollouts, and produce weekly/monthly QA reports using dashboards and AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust/safety or high-volume operational environment.
•Strong Root Cause Analysis skills to identify recurring issue patterns and propose process optimizations that reduce error rates.
•Ability to interpret content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and align training with BPO and internal teams.
•Fluency in Filipino (required) and English, plus proficiency in data visualization/reporting and using QA/calibration tools (including AI).
