•Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
•Define and monitor engineering efficiency metrics and report program status and personnel headcount planning to leadership.
•Develop project work plans and monitor milestones and deliverables.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and challenges and manage/foster team members’ professional growth through mentorship and performance evaluations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 232,560 - 427,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related experience.
•3 years of experience leading scrum teams as a coach or scrum master.
•3 years of software development project management, including building development processes and/or coordinating release schedules.
•3 years of managing key stakeholder relationships and using feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and/or retention.
•3 years of planning and executing projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, including building custom dashboards in Jira and coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
