Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, architecture, implementation, security, and ongoing support of a multi-site network communication environment.
  • •Manage and implement network projects, including requirements development for upgrading production, corporate, and non-production devices.
  • •Participate in planning and executing upgrades, and provide in-depth technical assistance for operational network issues.
  • •Support project delivery planning, time/resource utilization, and implementation of changes both in and out of core hours, including risk identification and escalation.
  • •Collaborate cross-team, engage in change process and operations management, support vendor management, perform baseline checks for new hardware, and share knowledge with peers.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of overall IT experience focused on networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, security/encryption technologies, and load balancing.
  • •Experience with TCP/IP protocol communications.
  • •Broad knowledge of Cisco’s product portfolio.
  • •Knowledge of network diagnostics including BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, and MPLS technologies.
  • •Current CCNP certification or equivalent experience; experience in a DSS/PCI regulated environment.
