Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections (freight forwarding or logistics preferred).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or CargoWise.
  • •Strong understanding of AR processes, collections strategies, and financial reporting.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
