  • •Lead multi-contract construction management and project management responsibilities, including staffing, budgeting, deliverables, and project status reporting.
  • •Deliver projects at or under budget and on schedule using job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
  • •Ensure safety monitoring, QA/QC program compliance, and adherence to contract documents across projects.
  • •Review and resolve disputed work, delays, additional/supplemental and non-conforming work; participate in negotiation of change orders.
  • •Review contractor CPM schedules, contractor submittals, and testing/start-up/O&M training; approve contractor payments and maintain project files.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental engineering.
  • •10 years of construction experience in the Wastewater industry.
  • •Registered Professional Engineer.
  • •Construction management experience on at least one large, long term wastewater/high value wastewater treatment capital improvement program (or $350M+ aggregate value).
  • •OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of applicable NYC and National codes and regulations.
