Represent Coach on the sales floor by delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and building lasting client relationships. Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored fashion recommendations while using mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while staying aligned to Coach standards and contributing to an inclusive team environment.
