Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of consumer and basic business deposit products, including checking/savings, IRAs, and CDs, as well as consumer credit cards.
  • •Perform teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and accurate currency and coin handling.
  • •Hold financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions, including processing new consumer loan requests when applicable.
  • •Identify referral opportunities across lines of business and document referrals using 360 View; maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies.
