Key Responsibilities

•Oversee waitstaff performance, assign duties, and ensure service standards are upheld.
•Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with seating arrangements, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction to maintain high standards.
•Create and manage work schedules for waitstaff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
•Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks; address complaints with tact.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years relevant experience.
•2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Food and Beverage related course.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer service and handling inquiries.
•Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to manage waitstaff.
