Executive - Branch Operations - Express Logistics

Own day-to-day branch execution for express logistics, based out of Chennai. You will manage branch KPIs/KRAs, coordinate with customer and operations teams, and drive productivity through efficient loading/unloading, documentation handling, route planning, and vehicle readiness. The role also includes ensuring compliance with warehousing/material handling/shipping requirements, maintaining inventory accuracy via physical counts, and resolving customer queries or escalating when needed.
