Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute project controls strategy, including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.
  • •Own project budget approval, develop/recommend budget, cash flow, and financial plan, and oversee asset costing and contingency methodology.
  • •Lead risk workshops and ongoing risk process, including coordination of regular Monte Carlo analyses.
  • •Develop reporting and controls that measure performance against baselines (performance measurement, forecasting, trending, issues/actions, progress, overall status).
  • •Lead and quality-assure project controls deliverables and teams, including development of work plans/PEP, change management strategies, and reviews of schedules, implementation plans, recovery plans, and claims resolution recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
  • •12+ years of relevant project controls experience and a proven track record managing schedules, cost control, estimating, and risk management.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing project control teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
