As a Sales Assistant in-store, you’ll deliver world-class customer service using the C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll present products, promotions, and events, support visual merchandising and stockroom operations, and help run daily retail tasks including POS management, replenishment, pricing/discounts, and loyalty programs. Partnering with the Store Manager, you’ll use sales-driven techniques to improve personal KPIs while following asset protection and compliance procedures.
