Job Summary

Join Airbnb\u2019s Safety team as a frontline Safety Specialist based in South Korea. You will handle complex trust & safety cases across channels, assess threatening situations, and provide compassionate support to survivors. You\u2019ll work in a fast-paced contact center, collaborate with quality and clinical teams, and adapt to evolving responsibilities to protect the community.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with Airbnb customers and community members through all current and future channels, including livechat, social platforms, messaging, and phone.
•End-to-end management of complex cases with the objective to resolve customers\u2019 issues based on workflows & management guidelines.
•Recognize case type/severity and escalate accurately to other teams when appropriate
•Take on casework at a degree of severity/complexity under close supervision
•Demonstrate ownership mentality and good judgment, and deviate from workflow only with management approval

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, mediation, emergency services, Trust & Safety operations, or a similar role operating in a contact center environment.
