Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead visual direction and deliver premium visual design work for priority client engagements, setting and defending the visual quality bar.
  • •Guide and critique designers across engagements to raise craft standards on your projects.
  • •Use storytelling, prototypes, and direction-setting to sell ideas and secure client buy-in.
  • •Partner with product managers, strategy leads, and engineering to translate visual decisions into usable, feasible, on-brand solutions.
  • •Bring AI and emerging design tools into discovery, ideation, and production while coaching others through critique and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of work experience as a visual designer, product designer, or equivalent role.

  • •Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •8+ years demonstrating experience leading visual direction on individual client engagements.
  • •A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and hands-on delivery across premium visual work, prototypes, and design system creation.
