Dispatch/Customer Service Representative

Schedule and dispatch customer material orders, taking telephone orders and ensuring timely, accurate delivery to assigned job sites. Maintain communication with existing and future customers, keep dispatch facilities and equipment in working order, and coordinate new or replacement equipment requests. Follow company safety policies and MSHA/OSHA regulations while reporting issues to the appropriate managers and completing other assigned supervisory duties.
