Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies and strengthen talent attraction across Corporate Services. Support campus recruiting and employment brand efforts by collaborating with HR partners, screening candidates for roles from entry-level to senior leadership, and using recruiting metrics to improve outcomes. Assist with offer preparation and onboarding, help support internship planning, and travel to company and offsite recruiting resources as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies and share best practices to attract talent.
•Support recruiting efforts for Corporate Services departments by acting as a proactive talent acquisition consultant to understand workforce needs and deliver solutions.
•Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to strengthen employment brand networking and talent attraction efforts.
•Conduct candidate screening and evaluation for positions ranging from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
•Assist with offer preparation, onboarding, internship program planning/execution, and travel to company and offsite recruiting resources as needed.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience preferred in corporate recruiting, campus recruiting, career services, talent acquisition, or career placement advising.
•Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
•Working knowledge of compliance related to EEO and FLSA classifications.
•Ability to travel frequently throughout the region, with heightened travel during peak recruiting seasons.
•Position located at the corporate office in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
