Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global controllership organization across domestic and international accounting and M&A integration.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end global financial close and core accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across GL, AP, AR, order management, cost accounting, and revenue operations.
  • •Direct international accounting operations and compliance across EMEA, APAC, and the UK.
  • •Manage global audits and compliance, including annual consolidated group audits, component audits, and regional statutory audits with external auditors.
  • •Drive systems and process optimization, internal controls and governance, and cross-functional partnerships to support rapid expansion and future public company requirements.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant leadership experience (Controller / Assistant Controller level) in high-growth technology, manufacturing, or defense.
  • •Proven track record leading, scaling, and mentoring large, geographically distributed accounting teams with strong communication skills.
  • •Deep understanding of US GAAP, operational accounting workflows (GL, AP, AR, revenue, inventory/cost), international entity management, and M&A integration.
  • •Strong background leveraging and optimizing enterprise ERP ecosystems, such as Oracle Fusion, and modern boundary tools.
  • •CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred; must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
