Job Summary

Support employee conduct oversight by proactively identifying and mitigating conflicts of interest and TRP policy violations through monitoring, analysis, and investigations. Review disclosures and related reporting requirements, investigate exceptions by gathering facts and documenting findings, and provide practical guidance to associates on Code of Ethics and personal trading obligations. Partner with stakeholders across business units, and help improve processes through automation and operational efficiency initiatives.

•Review and analyze employee disclosures, requests, certifications, and reporting requirements related to personal trading, outside activities, gifts and entertainment, political contributions, and other conflicts of interest.
•Conduct ongoing monitoring and surveillance to identify policy exceptions, violations, emerging risks, and trends for review or escalation.
•Investigate compliance exceptions and policy violations by gathering facts, evaluating circumstances, documenting findings, and supporting remediation and corrective actions.
•Respond to associate inquiries and provide practical guidance on Code of Ethics requirements, personal trading obligations, and related compliance policies.
•Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and strengthen compliance oversight.
