Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and lead maintenance activities for fuel systems, including handling or being trained to handle fuel-related issues on-site with unaccompanied contractors.
  • •Oversee civil works by being expert (or trained) in buildings, liquid-tight paving, and connected drainage to arrange maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting or renewals.
  • •Manage F-gas related HVAC and refrigeration/freezer equipment across client tank stations, including maintenance, troubleshooting and renewals.
  • •Perform stakeholder management: communicate to ensure uptime, SLA clarity, timelines, solution steps and costs; coordinate service and incident solutions; run recurring contractor performance meetings.
  • •Manage maintenance management topics for your scope, including legally required inspections planning and timely execution with the data team, and follow up failures with repairs or upgrades; optimize processes to reduce downtime and improve efficiency, including incident management and escalation while ensuring HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •HBO or MBO+ education; a bachelor’s degree in a related field (F-gas, electronics, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering) is preferred.
  • •Prior experience in technical facility management service delivery is preferred.
  • •Fluent Dutch (verbal and written) and fluent English for effective communication with clients, contractors and partners.
  • •Knowledge of or willingness to be trained on legal requirements and maintenance for fuel systems.
  • •Working knowledge of most Windows Office applications.
