Key Responsibilities

•Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process)
•Coordinate shipping logistics - get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers
•Manage inventory lifecycle - receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery
•Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects
•Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving
•Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 53,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 5 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries
•Experience with content, product, and inventory management

•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)
•Strong copywriting and editing skills
