Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and perform work efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs as specified on repair orders.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain parts and save/tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety/service needs, notify service advisors of discrepancies or delays, and road-test vehicles when required.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned, attend factory training, maintain shop cleanliness, document all work, and follow hazardous waste and safety regulations.
