Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate LVSA customer projects from PO receipt to shipment/handover, ensuring on-time execution and effective alignment across functions.
  • •Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and priorities; monitor progress across engineering, material readiness, production, FAT, and delivery.
  • •Serve as primary contact for customers and the front-end team; run customer meetings/progress calls, manage escalations, and provide status updates.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution (post-order engineering, project buyer/supply chain, work preparation, production/assembly, test/FAT, logistics) and remove blockers.
  • •Lead customer change management, assess cost/lead time/scope impacts, manage variation orders, and maintain project trackers/reporting to protect on-time quality delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years in project management, order management, or customer project execution.
  • •Experience in manufacturing / engineered-to-order products (preferred).
  • •Experience with electrical equipment / switchgear / industrial projects (strong advantage).
  • •Excellent English skills, and Czech language for the site in Suchdol required.
