Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with review, data collection, data analysis, and reporting for pavement performance development and analysis.
  • •Generate accurate, concise reports and documentation to support pavement design and management projects.
  • •Contribute advanced technical knowledge to pavement management and pavement engineering projects for federal, state, local, and industrial-commercial clients.
  • •Lead tasks or phases of large projects and develop as an expert resource across the company.
  • •Assist with work plan preparation and coordination of field/site work and permitting, while completing assigned training.

Key Requirements

  • •M.S. or Ph.D. in pavement engineering.
  • •1 to 3 years of relevant post-education experience in pavement engineering (via internship or post-graduate study).
  • •Knowledge of roadway or airport pavement research, management, evaluation, design, and/or construction.
  • •Specialization in modelling, PCC, mechanistic-empirical design, or maintenance/rehabilitation is highly desirable.
  • •Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software/math principles, predictive models, spreadsheets, and tools.
