Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks including preparing computers for new joiners and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
  • •Maintain core IT systems and operations such as operating systems, security tools, and applications to ensure reliable service.
  • •Track and maintain hardware and software inventory to support IT asset management.
  • •Ensure meeting rooms and VC systems are functioning properly to facilitate smooth collaboration.
  • •Update and document current IT procedures and contribute to IT projects and improvements.
