Job Summary

Work on a variety of actuarial and analytical projects with Aon colleagues across locations, supporting senior team members from day one. Help deliver solutions for Aon’s global client base by performing analytical tasks such as stochastic loss analysis, curve fitting, pricing, claims reserving, and capital modeling. Provide technical support to actuaries by producing statistical reports and maintaining frequent interaction with project supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in project teams with A&A colleagues in other locations to deliver actuarial and analytical solutions to Aon’s global client base.
•Assist more senior members of actuarial teams on a range of project areas, with responsibility from day one.
•Support analytical work including data management, stochastic loss analysis, curve fitting, pricing, claims reserving, and capital modeling.
•Provide technical support to a team of actuaries by producing statistical reports and analysis.
•Maintain frequent interaction with project supervisors.

Key Requirements

•Understand and use complex mathematical formulas, particularly advanced statistics and modeling.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under time pressure.
•Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and check accuracy.
•University degree in statistics, math, actuarial science, or a related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, plus strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
