Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe, appropriate direct and indirect patient care, including assessment, nursing process delivery, and medication administration.
  • •Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes, and making or recommending adjustments as needed.
  • •Perform clinical procedures such as skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiating peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan patient care based on assessment and peer validation, implement standardized reporting/referrals, and initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and communicate with healthcare teams to maintain safety, comfort, and hygiene for patients.

Key Requirements
