HSE OFFICER

Implement and maintain the HSE Management System (HSEMS) across NMDC dredging and marine construction projects. Conduct site inspections and spot checks to ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements, and support a zero-tolerance safety culture on vessels and project sites. Analyze HSE observations and incidents, lead investigations for corrective actions, supervise subcontractors on safety matters, and coordinate HSE training, inspections, and reporting.
