Key Responsibilities

  • •Define interior design briefs covering project context, brand positioning, guest/customer experience expectations, and technical criteria.
  • •Guide projects from concept vision through schematic design and tender documentation, advising project management through delivery.
  • •Lead hospitality and retail interior design reviews for design quality, compliance, brand alignment, and operational functionality.
  • •Perform technical reviews of interior design elements including FF&E, lighting, MEP coordination, and fire-life-safety.
  • •Prepare executive presentations and resolve conflicting feedback; coordinate consultants for statutory approvals and support marketing/leasing collateral.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • •10+ years of interior design and management experience, preferably across hospitality and retail projects.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of MEP, fire-life-safety, and FF&E coordination requirements.
  • •Ability to create clear executive presentations and manage stakeholder communications.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Suite and Primavera are a plus.
