Build and scale TikTok’s Trust and Safety platform and tools to protect users from harmful content and abusive behavior. Partner with Product Managers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and QA to support the Risk and Response business, with special focus on escalation handling. Design robust backend systems with high stability and performance, improve system architecture, and collaborate with trust and safety specialists to protect users globally.

•Build a highly scalable, efficient, and robust Trust and Safety platform and tools.
•Develop platform solutions that align with product objectives and customer needs.
•Collaborate with Trust and Safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers.
•Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance.
•Partner with Trust and Safety teams to protect TikTok globally.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science or a related technical discipline.
•At least 2 years of industrial experience.
•Proficiency designing data structures, building algorithms, and coding in at least one language such as Python, Go, PHP, C++, or Java.
•Strong user-facing product experience building, designing, and scaling software architecture.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
