Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team and identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Coach and lead associates through feedback, training, development, and performance management to meet expectations and KPIs.
  • •Monitor and ensure adherence to security/safety systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; prevent and resolve conflicts.
  • •Directly lead the Incident Management program at HQ, including planning, facilitation during emergencies, and sustainable awareness/preparedness.
  • •Lead processes for Safe & Secure Technology for HQ locations (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts), ensuring equipment functionality and accurate incident recording.
