Coordinate and lead plantwide electrical maintenance and reliability activities to meet maintenance goals, quality targets, safety expectations, and 5S standards. Provide direction to the workforce, coach employees on standard operating practices, and train new hires. Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications, coordinate repairs with the maintenance department, and schedule work to support the production plan across shifts as needed.

•Provide direction for the daily activities of the workforce.
•Maintain a safe work environment free of harassment, adhering to 5S standards and safety procedures.
•Coach and counsel employees on standard operating practices and best practices to increase performance.
•Coordinate and evaluate training for new employees in their job requirements.
•Coordinate necessary repairs and schedule work with the maintenance department to maintain operations and meet the production schedule.

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent; B.S. in Business/Management or an Engineering field.
•2-4 years of related experience using leadership skills in a high production environment in a supervisory role (preferably industrial metal rolling/slitting).
•Strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work overtime, weekends, and shift work as required.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with initiative and the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment.
