Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers.
•Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy.
•Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent.
•Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values.
•Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 100,000 annually

•3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent.
