Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate legal and regulatory findings into clear functional requirements for the Core Network team across LatAm.
  • •Run requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams to define scope, priorities, and implementation approach.
  • •Compare regulatory requirements against platform capabilities and partner with Core Engineers to identify enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options.
  • •Create technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services (e.g., MNP and Lawful Interception) and define business rules and data exchange requirements, including voice/SMS routing and edge cases.
  • •Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements; manage a technical-regulatory checklist across countries and proactively escalate risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 772,000 - 1,158,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry.
  • •Ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
  • •Comfort discussing technical concepts with engineers, including SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases.
  • •Strong ability to write user stories and functional specifications and manage Jira tickets for engineering execution.
  • •Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and varying global telecom markets.
