Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI agents and automation system, including the agentic/conversational front end (chatbot, voicebot, computer-use agents) and the backend workflow automation.
  • •Build new automations for document validation, record disputes, and transaction orchestration with external carrier systems.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI technology (voicebots, computer-use agents, and beyond) and decide what to invest in next.
