Key Responsibilities

•Lead Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Compliance pillars under a single PRC CoE model
•Oversee PRC transformation, operating model, governance, and RACI across global and regional teams
•Standardize policies, processes, and tools to ensure global consistency with local flexibility
•Resolve complex, high-risk, senior executive escalation cases in partnership with Legal and senior stakeholders
•Advise senior executives on people risk, compliance, and organizational decisions

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across Employee Relations, Labor Relations and HR Compliance
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline
•Global, matrixed environment experience with ER/LR/Compliance leadership
•Proven track record managing senior executive escalations and high-risk employee relations cases
•Strong compliance and legal acumen with ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
