Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine engine and compressor performance and maintenance analysis.
  • •Perform periodic portable emissions testing and support environmental concern identification/correction.
  • •Run routine vibration testing and data analysis to support an ongoing vibration mitigation program.
  • •Complete Green House Gas surveys, leak detection, and reporting; perform testing to establish/correct performance and control system coefficients.
  • •Provide corrective actions for operational problems, monitor mechanical system reliability, assist with failure analysis, and support start-up/commissioning of new compressor station equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn equipment-specific data acquisition applications.
  • •Solid math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • •Working knowledge and experience with electronic equipment, reciprocating/gas turbine engines, electric motors, and reciprocating/centrifugal compressors.
  • •Working knowledge of vibration testing and other predictive technologies, portable emissions testing, and route-based data collection tools (e.g., Dynalco Recip-Trap/Windrock, CSI/SKF, Ecom/Testo).
