Machine Learning Engineer Manager, TikTok - Trust and Safety

Lead a fast-growing Trust and Safety R&D team building machine learning models and systems to detect and defend internet abuse and fraud. Drive the development of content recognition models for areas like CSAM, cross-border sync, and misinformation, and improve performance across cross-lingual, multimodal, and low-resource settings. Partner with Recommendation, Policy, and Product teams to implement safety strategies end-to-end—from data curation and modeling through deployment on TikTok’s global platform.
