Negotiate solar PPAs, behind-the-meter offtake agreements, and retail power arrangements, running scenario analyses to extend and accelerate capacity delivery. Lead interconnection and regulatory/policy engagement, assess solar resource and supply-chain constraints with site acquisition, and quarterback solar workstreams across design, construction, finance, and grid operations to guide leadership decisions.
