Job Summary

Design and lead development of complex robotics behaviors and intelligent features, owning critical software modules end to end. Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems for perception, navigation, sensor fusion, and autonomous decision-making, including real-time edge inference. Tackle latency, reliability, and system-level challenges, ensure production-quality code, and provide technical mentorship. Collaborate across product and hardware to meet constraints and continuously improve models via telemetry.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of complex robotics behaviors and intelligent features.
•Own end-to-end delivery of critical robotics modules or subsystems, ensuring robustness and production-quality code.
•Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML systems for robotics applications, including perception and intelligence modules.
•Optimize and deploy real-time inference on edge devices, including model compression/quantization and performance tuning under embedded constraints.
•Provide mentorship and technical guidance, collaborate cross-functionally with product and hardware, and proactively escalate risks for resolution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in robotics, embedded systems, or related domains with progression from mid-level roles.
•Advanced proficiency in C++ and Python for scalable robotics and AI systems.
•Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models in production robotics environments.
•Deep expertise in robotics perception and intelligence systems, including object detection/segmentation/tracking, sensor fusion (camera, LiDAR, IMU), and navigation (SLAM, localization, motion planning).
•Experience with ML frameworks and deployment tools (PyTorch/TensorFlow, ONNX/TensorRT or equivalents) and optimizing edge AI for real-time inference under embedded constraints.
