Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers from discovery through launch to design scalable solution architectures and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
  • •Design scalable Notion architectures covering workflows, permissions/governance needs, integrations, and AI use cases.
  • •Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, and Workers; partner with engineering for migrations, API constraints, security architecture, or advanced implementation.
  • •Create adoption plans, enablement materials, and launch approaches to drive sustained usage and measurable value.
  • •Identify repeatable engagement patterns and package them into templates, reference architectures, run books, and enablement assets, plus product feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • •Translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
  • •Strong consultative discovery skills, including mapping current-state workflows, identifying pain points, surfacing technical constraints, and defining future-state solutions.
  • •Hands-on AI builder mindset with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real workflows.
  • •Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, and enterprise systems, including reasoning through constraints and troubleshooting.
