Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Service Availability Framework practices, procedures, controls, and KPIs to assess and monitor delivery against Technology targets and Business/Client SLAs.
  • •Manage Service Availability In-Sight Portal controls and ensure artifacts are accurately reflected across built slicers.
  • •Build Power BI dashboards and MI reports demonstrating ITSM process quality across Incident, Problem and Change.
  • •Drive knowledge creation, sustained secure storage, and sharing, and drive automation/innovation through AI or other techniques within quality standards and policies.
  • •Review process outputs and trends to verify desired results and that services meet agreed service levels while supporting workflow modeling and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Power BI development experience.
  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
  • •Excellent experience in process workflow initiatives and complex application/architecture designs.
  • •Stakeholder management within Technology and Business with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • •Certified in ITIL with practical awareness of at least two capabilities such as Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem, Release, Change, Capacity, or Configuration.
