Job Summary

Lead project controls for complex infrastructure and engineering projects in India, overseeing scheduling, cost control, and Earned Value management. Collaborate with GCC/US teams, drive budgeting, WBS, and ERP data integrity, while supporting bids and portfolio monitoring. Requires hands-on experience with MSP/Primavera, Oracle Horizon, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Project Cost Control including coordination with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses, and invoice-related queries
•Manage project setup, budgeting, and closeout activities; maintain WBS structures and perform compliance checks in Oracle Horizon
•Support financial analysis and reporting using financial systems to track project performance metrics and accruals, assessing scope changes and forecast deviations
•Coordinate with design teams to collect engineering progress data for Earned Value analysis and monitor schedule performance
•Create and track change orders, identify risks, and support mitigation efforts as a trusted partner to the Project Manager

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred in Construction Management or Project Management
•5–9 years of experience in project management with engineering or professional services consultants
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•CAPM-PMI or PMP certification is an added advantage
•Proficiency with MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6; strong analytical and organizational skills
