Serve as the finance business partner to the NA DTC organization and own global financial consolidation for the Kate Spade brand. Lead monthly close, forecasting, long-range planning, and annual operating plan processes, partnering with leadership and regional finance teams to drive growth, efficiencies, and capital investment ROI. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects while communicating clearly across stakeholders, including C-level executives, and manage and develop a team of three.
