Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts).
  • •Complete mortgage applications using Fannie Mae Form 1003 and required laptop-based tools.
  • •Access daily rates, applicant credit reports, Loan Prospector responses, and transmit loans to LOMAS.
  • •Collect documentation, deliver loan packages within management time frames, and manage the pipeline through closing.
  • •Provide timely updates and maintain high customer service while attending Consumer Lending meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (four-year college degree preferred).
  • •Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines.
  • •Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
  • •Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
