Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead a sales team in-store at Crocs, delivering outstanding customer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations) while helping achieve personal and team sales goals. Manage day-to-day activities in your assigned area, champion a positive team culture, and act as a brand ambassador. Support key holder duties including opening/closing and cash handling.
