Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain enterprise data strategy aligned to business objectives, and establish/govene enterprise data models, data architecture standards, and master data management practices.
  • •Lead development of business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and SQL; evolve from operational reporting to predictive, data-driven decision-making with enterprise KPI frameworks and dashboards.
  • •Establish and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and governance processes; develop technology roadmaps supporting ERP, CRM, operational technology, manufacturing systems, customer platforms, and corporate systems.
  • •Own the enterprise integration landscape across SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion, manufacturing and OT systems, customer-facing platforms, and third-party SaaS; define integration standards, middleware strategy, APIs, event-based architectures, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • •Build and mentor the BI, architecture, and integration team; manage staffing plans, budgets, vendor relationships, and consulting engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience working in enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in leading enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services.
  • •Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • •Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
