Senior Program Manager – Motion Control

Lead the Motion Control Engineering organization in Pune, transforming the team from technical execution to technical leadership with global design authority. Own execution of a forward-looking product roadmap, strengthen NPD culture, and ensure excellence in product design, performance, and reliability. Build and scale a high-performing team (~20 engineers) across mechanical, embedded systems, FPGA design, and project management, while aligning cross-functional partners worldwide across engineering, supply chain, operations, HR, finance, IT, and administration.
