  • •Lead organizational transformation to embed accountability and ownership in NPD.
  • •Define and execute an engineering vision across structure, talent, processes, and technology.
  • •Lead end-to-end people processes (hiring, performance, development, retention) and develop a team of ~20 engineers.
  • •Participate in and lead execution of a forward-looking product roadmap balancing innovation, design quality, performance, and time-to-market.
  • •Partner across global teams to improve product design quality, reliability, and performance, and drive process/quality improvement through best practices and cross-SBU collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, or Embedded Systems preferred).
  • •15+ years engineering experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • •Proven ability to drive organizational transformation with an ownership and accountability mindset.
  • •Proven success building and sustaining high-performing New Product Development (NPD) teams.
  • •Strong exposure to global work environments, including extended collaboration or assignments in Europe and/or the US for at least 2 years.
