Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.
  • •Lead and communicate improvement/implementation plans across relevant manufacturing functions and levels.
  • •Optimize capacity of installed equipment and run tool-level optimization studies for efficiency improvements.
  • •Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps and assess network capacity impacts.
  • •Improve financial analyses before capital equipment purchases by automating metrics and optimizing process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters' or Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a business-related/quantitative field (Finance, Economics, or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Fab/Semiconductor.
  • •Experience turning complex, ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions in a highly multi-functional environment.
  • •Experience analyzing and interpreting data to draw conclusions, define recommended actions, and report results across technical and non-technical groups.
  • •Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and responsible AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, and operational tasks.
