Senior Employment Counsel

Lead Skydio's employment-law function as a director-level partner to People Operations, advising on recruitment, leaves, wage and hour, investigations, and international expansion while coordinating with outside counsel on high-risk matters. Own day-to-day employment counseling, shape HR policy, training, and employee handbook, and help scale compliance across manufacturing, field operations, and corporate teams.
